Taxes and Duties

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees (called “Import Fees”) levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. KOONHOR has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be or when they may be changed. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
