Shipping and Delivery

KOONHOR operates at UTC/GMT +8 hours. Orders received before 12 noon from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing the same day and, pending payment verification and availability of merchandise, will ship within 48 hours. Any orders received after 12 noon from Monday to Friday will begin processing the following business day.

KOONHOR offers shipping worldwide via DHL Express. For Singapore orders, delivery is free. All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT. This fee covers administration, packaging and freight. The shipping costs depend on the country and the weight of the package. You have the opportunity to calculate the shipping costs in our shopping basket. To do so, you have to choose the country and the calculation will occur automatically.

Merchandise in stock will be delivered on average of 3 to 5 working days depending on destination. While KOONHOR has found this method of shipping to be the most reliable and cost effective, KOONHOR cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays caused by foreign customs or mail carriers. KOONHOR can, by special arrangement, ship via FedEx International Priority and overnight options for a surcharge. For details, please email to customercare@koonhor.com.

For security reasons, online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order a second delivery attempt will be made. Once KOONHOR has delivered the merchandise to the courier, the customer will then assume any risk of loss or damage and title for the merchandise.
